Ordering:

Website prices are subject to change without notice. If prices do change, we will be sure to let you know before finalizing any order. All orders are to be made by phone or via the internet. All prices are in Canadian dollars and you will be billed in Canadian Currency. The exchange rate will be determined by your bank or credit card company on the date of purchase.

Note: Current $USD price values on each individual page are incorrect and should be ignored. The $USD is roughly on par with the $CDN as of mid September 2007, so the $CDN price listed on the right hand side of each page is approximately the value you will pay in $USD funds.

International customers MUST pay via a verified Paypal account with a confirmed address or via an international bank wire transfer. We do NOT accept Credit Card payments from international customers because of security and verification reasons.

Shipping:

Items will be shipped out FOB via FedEx or Canada Post / USPS. All items will be fully insured and a tracking number will be sent to you via email when the item is shipped out when applicable. Customers located outside of Canada agree to pay for all border brokerage & duty fees. All items on the website have an out-of-our-shop ship time indicated. This is an estimate and may not be exact - times may vary by a day or two. We’ve done our best to accurately estimate ship times though.

Returns:

If the item you purchase experiences a manufacturers defect, please let us know immediately. We will send you out a new item ASAP free of charge. You will be required to send back the item and you will be reimbursed for shipping charges. All other returns must be authorized by us before hand, made within 30 days, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items are non-returnable.

Flat Out Performance is here to serve you, however we cannot be held responsible for any of the products - any hassle you may experience installing them, and any extreme pleasure you may experience from these products and the increased speed and enjoyment you may experience from installing these products on your car. By purchasing items from Flat Out Performance you waive the right to sue us for any damages caused to you or others caused directly or indirectly from said performance parts.

We do not condone illegal street racing. We strongly advise racing at your local 1/4mile track and/or joining your local auto-x club. Have fun racing, but be safe doing so. Always wear your seatbelt and never drink and drive. Ever.
